Yaguara, a growth management and analytics platform is helping E-commerce teams track their goals and confidently track them.
The main USP and what I love about the product is the direct touch with Company’s Business Objectives and Key Results to the Analytics & Visualizations.
They are taking a Top-down approach on their interface here:

- To-do’s
Inside each bucket of the three parts, there is a collaboration with the team option and visualizations/graphs that you can build out. That means, for each Key result, you can have graphs to track it and To do’s that your team can work on to improve it.
This can be super helpful for all the users, team members to be aligned on Final objectives even with a very small work they are doing. Relating your most small amount of work with the highest goal of the company could be transformational for all your team members in the form of confidence and the impact they are creating.
In most cases, team members do not have this visibility at all and this is your chance to empower them!
In all my client interactions and work, I’ve always emphasized on the aspect of Focus on Business objectives / Business questions instead of jumping to Metrics / KPIs (as listed on my KPIs framework also) and the folks at Yaguara actually researched the same and implemented it!
They have almost no competitors that are doing the exact same work and that does mean a lot, coming from the E-commerce markets, which has been growing for a long time.

Yaguara takes its name from the Amazonian tribal word for “jaguar,” which means “beast of

- Not able to merge metrics from different data sources
- Not able to use more than 1 metric in visualization (to be solved by updates on chart and metric builder in their rollout next month)
All in all, it’s still quite a solid product for businesses focussed on Growth and that resonate with the UI and their Why. You can signup here and start using it.

After using their product for a while now, here are some very basic high level steps for you to kick start using the product.
- Signup and Login to Yaguara
- Add your Business objectives
- Add your Key Results
- Connect the relevant data and setup visualizations using Integrations and Templates
- Track them daily
- Share with relevant teams
